Upon my trip to Orinduik Falls (a "small" multi tier falls on the Ireng river bordering Brazil,) my travel mate and I were baffled by beef drying on a rope in the sun. We ask the grounds keeper of the “park” and she told us that be beef was there to be dried and preserved.
